Computer RepairIndian Trail, NC
Indian Trail Community: Indian Trail is an incorporated town in Union County, south-east of our shop along the US-74 corridor, and largely a commuter community. KorTech Service has no Indian Trail branch: all work is carried out at our Charlotte workshop, which has operated since 1998. Many Indian Trail customers drop a device off while already heading along US-74; others ship theirs to us instead.
Repairs for the devices a whole household depends on: school and work laptops, the family desktop, and gaming PCs that overheat, crash or refuse to start. We can collect from Indian Trail, repair at our Charlotte workshop, and bring everything back when it is done.

Indian Trail Drop-Off And Mail-In Questions
Getting devices from Union County to the workshop, and what we repair once they arrive
Indian Trail is in Union County. Do I have to drive into Charlotte?
Indian Trail sits south-east of our shop along the US-74 corridor, so it is the furthest of our regular service areas. KorTech does not collect devices, so there are two options: drop the machine at 1721 Sardis Rd N, Suite 7A in Charlotte, or ship it to us using a paid shipping label at your own expense.
We have several devices that need work. How do we get them to you?
Call or text a list of what is wrong with each device and we will arrange a single collection rather than several trips. Everything is repaired at the Charlotte workshop and returned together, which usually makes more sense than driving a laptop back and forth up the corridor.
Do you work on gaming PCs and custom-built desktops?
Yes. Overheating and thermal throttling, noisy or failed fans, power supply faults, graphics cards that have stopped being detected, memory errors and builds that will not post are all routine here, including custom and self-built systems.
Our kids' school laptops keep breaking. Can those be repaired affordably?
Usually yes. Hinges, cracked screens, charging ports, keyboards and dead batteries are the common failures on school and family laptops, and repairing one is normally far cheaper than replacing it. We quote the part and labor before starting so you can decide.
